We are actively involved in the Mergers & Acquisitions of businesses in the Jewellery industry, primarily focusing on retail stores & wholesale at present.

Shyam Holdings Limited Annual Conference
Had our second AGM of Goldman Jewellers Group yesterday. Had a good reflection of last year and plans for 2026. Year 2025 of course a tough year for retail but the group had massive growth through acquisitions. Can be very proud about the entire team. Appointed new GM Lee Tolhurst to shape up the group to greater heights.
